📝 What You Need for Your First Time

To secure your account, you will need to enter two pieces of information from your latest invoice:

 :: Your Customer Number (Found on your invoice or by calling City Hall at (785) 456-9119
 :: Your Last Payment Amount
 
💡 Note on Last Payment Amount: If this is truly your first time paying online, your last payment amount may be $0.00. However, if you have paid before, you must enter that exact amount. If you do not know it, please call the City Office to verify.
